Percy Ray Boggan, Jr., went to his heavenly home on Friday, April 21, 2023, after a brief illness. A Celebration of Life service will be Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church in Corinth, MS, with Bro. Nathan Van Horn officiating. Visitation will be Monday, April 24, 2023, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Memorial Funeral Home.

Percy was born in Collierville, TN, on October 4, 1944, to the late Percy Ray, Sr. and Dorothy Langley Boggan of Memphis, TN. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Corinth and actively volunteered his time to his church family and anyone in need. He graduated from Christian Brothers College (University) with a degree in Engineering. He always considered himself an engineer.

Percy was preceded in death by his parents.

Percy is survived by his wife, Judy Meeks Boggan of 57 years; his son, Stephen Boggan (Allyson); daughter, Stephenie Boggan Driver (Brian); grandchildren, Aaron Boggan, Abby Boggan, Hannah Driver; brother, James Boggan (Elizabeth); and sister Kay Boggan Aldridge (Dale).

Honorary Pallbearers for the service will be the Adult Men's Sunday School Class; Bryan Byars, Gene Jackson, Taft Little, Troy Meeks, Roy Taylor, Bill Whitehurst, and Robert Wolfe.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be sent to Sharing Hearts or The Lighthouse.

Arrangements are under the care of Memorial Funeral Home.
