Angeline Taber was born November 7, 1938 in rural Howell County, Missouri to Irvin and Clara Fern (Cunningham) Wood. She passed away July 30, 2023 at her home near Summersville, Missouri, surrounded by her family at the age of 84.
Ann was united in marriage to Jake Taber on October 6, 1956 and 3 children were born to their union, Karla Sue, Irvin Joe and Ronald Dale.
She graduated from Mtn. View High School with the class of 1956. She worked at Angelica for 21 years then went to work at FAB until her retirement.
Ann was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Clara Wood; her husband, Jake Taber; siblings, Luella, JB, Dorval and her twin brother Alva who passed away at birth; a grandson, Logan Dale Taber as well as Timothy L. Barnett.
Ann is survived by her children, Karla Meyers, Irvin and wife Sarah Taber and Ronald Taber; 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren with 1 more on the way as well as many other family members and friends.
Ann loved anything to do with the outdoors, watching the deer, making sure her beloved hummingbirds were fed, cutting wood and raking leaves. She was also known as the family pyro because she loved to set things on fire! When she couldn't be outdoors, she liked to put puzzles together. Most of all she loved being around her family, especially her grandkids and great grandkids. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
