It is with somber hearts we announce the passing of our dad, Wallace "Ted" Admire of Clearwater FL on July 21, 2023.

Born Aug 12, 1934 in Marceline MO to Thomas P. and Mary E. (Jones) Admire.

He was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 4 brothers.

Formerly of Abingdon IL Ted was married for 54 years to Shirley Jean (Redding) who passed in 2008.

Surviving children are Terry L. (Frank) Chrisco of Broken Arrow OK; Cindy Admire Duke of Clearwater FL; Tina (Dave) Peters of Palm Harbor FL: and Jeff (Lois) Admire of Inglis FL.

Ted was the owner of W.T. Admire Trucking and was a master of "adaptive engineering" which kept the wheels on his Mack trucks rolling.

He was dedicated to his family and his business and passed those valuable lessons on to his family.

He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and spending time with his 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

May he find the peace that eluded him later in life. He will not be forgotten.
