Barr Mabel M, 66, Wolf Lake, died today in Whitley County Hospital. She was born March 8, 1910 in Noble County to William and Angie Boner. She married Homer L. Barr July 19, 1930. She was a lifetime Wolf Lake resident, employed at Wolf Lake Production Co., retiring last June. Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. James (Sally) Gawthrop, Kimmell, Mrs. Carl (Betty) McKee, Terre Haute, and Mrs. Woodward (Sandra) Halsey, Woodburn; one son, Glen A., Kendallville; two sisters, Mrs. Hobert (Mamie) Adair, Albion, and Mrs. Wilmer (Mae) Rarick, Wolf Lake; two brothers, David, Indianapolis, and Everence, Churubusco; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral in Smith Funeral Home, Columbia City, Saturday. Burial, Christian Chapel Cemetery.
