Adair Mamie, 83, died Friday at Whitley County Hospital. She was born Nov. 22, 1892 near Wolf Lake to William and Angia (Whiteman) Boner. On Oct. 4, 1916 she married Hobert Adair and they first resided 2 ½ miles south of Wolf Lake on a farm. In 1929 they moved to their present home about 2 ½ miles southwest of Albion. She graduated from Wolf Lake High School in 1913 and entered Goshen College where she received a teaching license. She is survived by her husband; two sons, Max, Brimfield, and Harry, Indianapolis; two granddaughters; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, David, Indianapolis and Everence, Churubusco; and one sister, Mrs. Mae Rarick, Wolf Lake. Services Nov. 8. Burial, Christian Chapel Cemetery.
