Flora Danhauer, 82, passed away July 18, 2023.
She was born March 7, 1941 in Boaz, AL to Burnard and June Graham.
Flora graduated from Aurora High School in 1959 and then from Central Community College with a License in Practical Nursing in 1984.
In her free time, Flora enjoyed doing crafts, serving at her church, Maranatha Baptist Church, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her former husband, Dorland Danhauer;
Flora was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, William and Donald Graham, and grandchildren, Katie Bailey and Lily Danhauer.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at Hamilton's on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway, in West Des Moines, IA. Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Maranatha Baptist Church, 877 Southeast 19th Street, Grimes IA with luncheon and graveside service to follow.
