69, of Hubbards, died peacefully amongst loved ones September 25, 2014, in St. John's, N.L. Cherished by all who knew him, Lully will be remembered for his incredible sense of humour, generosity, and love of nature. He enjoyed all the seasons, but especially fall and hunting with his great pals. Many a card game was fought and won over the coveted 'King' trophy back at his camp on Cork's Lake, with Hank Williams wailing. He was a gifted gardener, woodsman, weatherman, 'Santa' and, with pride, manicured the grounds at St. Luke's and Pine Hill. He loved poetry, history, and was a master of Trivial Pursuit. He was endlessly proud of helping raise his beloved stepdaughters, Eleanor and Emily King. His entire family can never repay the loving kindness and care he received over on the Rock, so greatly loved, dearly missed. Lowell was the son of the late Baden and Frances (Publicover) Conrad, and is survived by his sister, Jane (Kingsley) Ramey; brothers, David (Mae Hartlin), Ivan, and Philip Silver, and numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.
