Services for Donna Bell Nolen, 86, of Ada will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Brian Smith will be officiating. A Committal Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Alex Cemetery.

Mrs. Nolen died Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at her home. She was born July 9, 1937 in Bakersfield, CA to John Lee and Bessie Hailey Denney.

She married James Nolen on August 15, 1953, he preceded her in death in 2006. Mrs. Nolen was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. She worked for many years as a hairdresser in the Ada community. She was a lifelong member of the Nazarene Church.

Survivors include her son, Edward Nolen and wife Rhonda of Buna, TX; two daughters, Trudy Rutledge and husband, Joel of Ada and Betty Jean "Jeannie" Nolen and friend J. T. Miller of Ada; one sister, Velma Eaton of Washougal, WA; two sisters-in-law, Nancy Nolen of Clovis, NM and Judy Penney of Deville, LA; brother-in-law, Jack

Nolen of Alexandria, LA; 14 grandchildren; (Angie Paul, Bobby Gallagher, John Gallagher, Melissa Marion, Amy Wells, Jesse Nolen, Ian Rutledge, Donna Satty, Brittany Garmon, Trudy Mitchell, Tammy Gould, Jeanie Scribner, Eddie Nolen, Cassie Nolen). 35 great-grandchildren; 34 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James; two sons, James Robert Nolen, Jr and Lloyd Nolen; two sisters, Rita Quinlan and Thelma McNeely; and six brothers, Daryl Denney, Russell Denney, Eugene Denney, Eldon Denney, Lloyd Denney, Jackie Denney.

Bearers will be Grandsons.
