Rosemary Theresa "Penny" English, of Irving, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2008. She was born October 3, 1923 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was an avid bingo player and yard enthusiast. She was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the W.A.V.E.S. Survivors include her son Wayne English of Lewisville; 3 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Military graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 22, 2008 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd., Irving.
