"Mrs. Minna Gansberg"

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Gansberg, 88, a resident of Hinsdale for 74 years, were held Tuesday at Zion Lutheran church, officiating was the Rev. P.H. Sheer, pastor, and burial was in Zion Lutheran cemetery. Mrs. Gansberg who lived at 117 Maumell St. the last 14 years, died Saturday at Garfield Park hospital in Chicago after an illness of three years. Born Minna Appelberg Dec. 11, 1870, Mrs. Gansberg was married to John Gansberg April 3, 1892, in Hinsdale's Zion Lutheran church. Mr. Gansberg preceded her in death. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Sophie Luehring, Mrs. Louise Schramm, Mrs. Mathilda Harper, all of Hinsdale; Mrs. Martha Siebert, Northlake, and Ruth Dallner, Downers Grove, and two sons, Richard and John, both of Hinsdale, 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. A son, Arthur preceded her death.

Note: Obituary printed Arthur as her brother, in reality he was her son.
