Trenton, Michigan - Pansy Hopson Brooks, 83, died Friday, June 4, 2004 at the Oakwood Skilled Nursing Center in Trenton, Michigan following a period of declining health.
A native and resident of Buncombe County. She had resided in Michigan for the past 3 years. Mrs. Brooks was formerly employed with Kroger's and was a member of Sardis UMC.
She was a daughter of the late Charles and Mamie Webb Hopson, the wife of Roy Andrew Brooks, Sr. who died September 23, 1983 and was also preceded in death by her daughter, Patsy Brooks; brothers, Mark and Luke Hopson and sister, Evelyn Plemmons.
Graveside services will be held at Bent Creek Baptist Church Cemetery
