Karen N. McWilliams, age 74, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on January 22, 2021 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on September 19, 1946 to the late Thomas William and Elsie Sappington Newcity.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Valerie McWilliams and one sister, Janice Compton.
Mrs. McWilliams is survived by her husband: Richard McWilliams of Fayetteville; two daughters: Kathryn (Ivan) Adams of Toney, AL and Julie (Stig) Hunstiger of Fayetteville; one son: Richard Andrew McWilliams of Fayetteville; three grandchildren: Lucas, Isabella and Annika; one sister: Linda (Floyd) Kirby of Wilmington, NC; one brother: Kenneth Newcity, Sr. of Anchorage, AK; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Wells Hill Church of Christ with Roy Knight and Don Blackwell officiating.
