Services for Cleo A. Gamble 69, of 611 S.W. Sixty-Second St., West Des Moines, who died of emphysema Monday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at McLaren's Funeral Chapel.Burial will be at St. Charles Cemetery in St. Charles.
Born at Winterset, he lived in the Des Moines area for 30 years. He was employed at the Flynn Dairy until his retirement four years ago. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and Dairymen of America.
Survivors include his wife, Florene; two daughters, Sheila and Cindy, and three sons, Ricky, Gregory and Scott, all at home; 14 children by a previous marriage; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Jackson of Winterset; two brothers, Russell and Harold, both of Carlisle; 29 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
