Donna was an excellent seamstress. She sewed many of her and her families' clothing and could recreate any design. She made everything from wedding dresses to home decor. She made beautiful quilts for all her children. She excelled at cooking and baking and made beautiful wedding and birthday cakes. One of her passions was oil painting, creating works of art of places she traveled to. She enjoyed playing games of all kinds including video games once staying up all night to conquer Miss Pac Man. She spent her summers happily camping and fishing with Deward in their motor home. She stayed up on current events, reading the newspaper daily. She loved animals and raised Cocker Spaniels in her youth.
Donna is survived by her brother Ronald Semmens, sister Janet Forster, children Steven (Delana) White, Wayne White, Russell (Cathy) Dudley, Dave (Pam) Dudley, Deward (Shannon) White, DeAnn (Mike) Cleveland, Robert (Penny) Dudley, Jane (Scott) Toly, Michelle (Ryan) Lunceford, son-in-law Joseph (Emily) Syme, 31 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Preceded in death by both husbands, parents, daughter Emily Syme, daughter-in-law Delana White and two granddaughters Brandy and Jill White and one grandson Steven Cleveland.
A viewing will be held Friday July 7th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Kearns Fourth Ward Building, 4232 W 5015 S Kearns, UT 84118. Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 8th at 2:00 pm, with a viewing from 1:00 to 1:45 pm, at Memorial Murray Mortuary located at Memorial Murray, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, Utah 84121. Interment at Redwood Memorial Cemetery.
