Mrs. Collins Dead.
The funeral of Mrs. Margaret Collins was held at the Salem church at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon. The services were conducted by Rev. W. A. Fite, pastor of the Maryville Christian Church.
Mrs. Collins' maiden name was Margaret Clarke. She was born in Jackson county, Ohio, August 18, 1827. She was married to Andrew J. Collins in 1850. Her husband survives her. She and her husband came to Nodaway county in 1881. The following year she identified herself with the church at Salem.
She is survived by her husband four children.
