Marjorie Johnson Sanders, age 83 and the widow of Rev. Milford Sanders, died Friday, March 28, 2008 in National HealthCare Center in Clinton. She was born in Bradford, PA and was daughter of the late Albert and Katherine Johnson. Mrs. Sanders was a homemaker and a member of the Lucas Avenue Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Jimmy Sanders and Timmy Sanders both of Clinton, MJay Sanders of Lantana, FL; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Mrs. Sanders was preceded in death by a son, Artie Joe Sanders. Graveside services will be conducted Monday, Mar. 31st at 2:00 p.m. in Pinelawn Memory Gardens. Mrs Sanders was a loving wife and loving mother of 4 boys and I had the pleasure of growing up across the street from all of them at Lydia. Her husband was the pastor of our church and the Sanders and my mother Kat Sinclair and our family were all very close thru the years . She will be missed dearly.
