Kevin D. Garvey, 76, of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, passed away on March 3, 2010. He was born in Binghamton, son of the late John J and Mary Eileen (O'Gorman) Garvey. He is survived by his son, Jim (Pat) Garvey of Binghamton; his daughters, Michelle (Duro) Donahue-Arpas of Charlotte, NC and Tricia (Mark) Pelligra of Syracuse; and his four grandchildren, James Jr. and Melinda Garvey, Trisha Arpas, and Matthew Pelligra; and a dear friend, Johanne Hall. He is survived by his sisters, Shirley O'Shea, Jacqueline (Jack) Cahill, Sheila (Phil) Demarco, all of Binghamton; and brother, Brian Garvey of Endicott; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; his sisters, Mary Eileen O'Leary and Patricia McManus; brothers, John Garvey, Michael Garvey and Robert Garvey.
Funeral Services will be held at St. Patrick's Church at 9 Leroy Street, Binghamton on April 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery.
