Glenn D. Woelfel, 68, of Town Schleswig, passed away peacefully, joining his soulmate, Debbie, on June 19, 2023 at home. Glenn was born June 20, 1954, in Sheboygan, to the late Clarence and Shirley (Timm) Woelfel. He graduated from New Holstein High School in 1972. Glenn was employed as a machinist at Ameriquip, H.G. Weber and Midwest Machine. He also worked as a truck driver for several local companies including Bob Miller and G & H, from which he retired in 2018.

Glenn loved owning and riding horses and was a founding member of the Calmanshe Riders. Glenn enjoyed sharing his interests with his soulmate, Debbie Riesterer. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, was a founding member of the Underground Hell Riders Motorcycle Club, farming, field work, tractors, as well as attending the Hodag, camping and cooking. He was the type of person who enjoyed meeting new people, talking, and making new friends everywhere he went.

He is survived by his two children, Tina (Keith) Reese and Todd Woelfel (Jody Brockman); Debbie's children, Shelly Liesch and Pam Riesterer; his grandchildren, Mark Bastian, Keith Reese, Jr., Elizabeth Reese, Benjamin Woelfel and Logan Woelfel; Debbie's grandchildren, Samantha (Kyle) Reynolds and their child, Burton, Justin (Taylor) Riesterer and their children, Ryker and Delilah and Emily (Joseph) Gorgas; his brothers and sisters, Gene Woelfel, Bryon (Kathy) Woelfel, Jo Woelfel, Jeff Woelfel and John (Vicki) Woelfel; his sister-in-law, Laurie Woelfel. He is further survived by mother and grandmother of his children, Elda Hagenow and Sherrie Hagenow and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his soulmate, Debbie Riesterer, his brother, Wayne Woelfel, his sisters-in-law, Janice Woelfel and Sheryl Clough, his daughter-in-law, Megan Woelfel and Debbie's son, Jesse Riesterer.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt-DeTroye Funeral Home (815 6th Street, Kiel) from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
