Jackie Glenn Gamble, 78, of Oil City, LA passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Oil City, LA. At a later date there will be a celebration of life service.
Jackie was born May 4, 1945 in Amarillo, TX to Austin Gamble and Rosie Marie Glass Gamble, and has lived in this area for the past 34 years. He served his country in the US Navy in Vietnam. He loved to ride motorcycles, and he enjoyed fishing on his party barge. Jackie worked for Chanse Energy as a pumper in the oil field.
He was preceded in death by his wife Martha Ann Gamble, his parents and 4 brothers.
