Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. today at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church in Naplate with the Rev. Jerome Ham officiating. Burial will be in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum at Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa.
She was born August 20, 1902 in Italy, a daughter of Dominic and Lucy Salvati. She married Otto Dettore on May 4, 1918 in Toluca. She was a lifelong member of St. Mary's Church in Naplate.
Surviving are her husband; one son: William E. Dettore of Ottawa; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four brothers: Anthony, Chester and Leo Salvati, all of Streator, Ernest Salvati of Ottawa; and one sister: Gilda Salvati of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son: John A.; one brother: Fred Salvati; and one sister: Susan Mallaci.
