Alan Mitchell "Mickey" Berrong yyage 62 passed away at home on June 15, 2023. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Sweetwater, Sweetwater High School alumni, long-time employee and coach, and a dedicated supporter of the Wildcats.
He is preceded in death by parents, King and Jean Berrong and great nephew William David Sweitzer. He is survived by brothers David Berrong (Nina), Steve Berrong (Liz), Rick Berrong (Peggy), and sister Kim Powers (Kris), many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Service will be at a later date. Mickey loved the Wildcat community, so in lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Sweetwater High School or to St. Jude's Hospital. Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater.
