Graveside memorial services were held Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Florence Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Alexander was born in Florence, the son of the late Arnold C. and Maggie Rogers Alexander. He attended Pee Dee Community Fellowship. He was retired from his business, Alexander Distributors. He loved his family and spending time with them. Lee enjoyed bowling. He was past president, life member and inducted into the Pee Dee Bowling Hall of Fame. He enjoyed the company of bowling friends, Carol Turner, Benny and Judi Inman, Cliff and Terri O'Quinn, Paul and Pat Locklair, Al and Judy Lewis, Dick and Joan Shroyer,
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Jeanette Curry Alexander; daughter, Celeste (Tony) Springs, step-son, George Michael (Michelle) Ferrell; grandchildren, Jennifer (Andy) Loan, Bryan Springs, Brittany Springs and Tori (Matt) Robinson, Dillon Ferrell; great-grandchildren, Tyler Springs, Madyson Cottingham and a number of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by a son, Michael Alexander; sister, Grace Brown; brothers, Arnold Ceil and John Luther Alexander
