Born February 28, 1937 in Scottsburg, IN, she was the daughter of the late Isaas Hall and Plina (Shanks) Hall. .

She was married to James H. Robbins, who passed away January 6, 1987.

She was a retired from the old Best Western Hotel as a executive housekeeper Scottsburg Indiana She was a member of the Fairview Christian Church, Scottsburg, Indiana.

Survivors include:
Daughters: Shannon (Pat) McClellon of Underwood, Indiana; Delonna Graham of Jasper, Indiana; Son: Jeffrey Robbins of Lexington, Indiana. Grandchildren: Will, Trent, Jamie, Travis and Jessica. Great Grandchildren: Grayson, Camden and McClellon..

She was preceded in death by Her Brothers: Bob, Doug, Virgill, Elmer, Hobert and Grant Hall. Sisters: Ada Cozart, Edna Hull and Effie Williams.

Funeral Service: 2:00 pm Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin, Indiana with Paul Thomas officiating.

Visitation will be 10 am to 2 pm Sunday at Buchanan Funeral Home, Austin, Indiana.

Burial will be at Scottsburg Cemetery Scottsburg, Indiana.
