In the sum of $10,000 to be paid at the close of Mildred Hill's life or widowhood, who is heir of Isaac Hill, deceased, by his last will and testament. If the Missouri people return to Kentucky to live, the first named agree to pay the $10.000 at Mildred's death, agree to divide Issac Hill's estate with the Missouri people or to pay the $10,000.

They were from Isaac's Hill's family of slaves brought to Missouri from Kentucky when the Hill Family moved to Missouri. Lucresie was taken to the state of California by some Hills during the Gold Rush. She died there.
