She followed thru with the sale of her inherited interest in John CLAPSADDLE's estate on 23JUN1812, when she and Philip co-marked a Franklin Co. PA deed of sale(BK.9,p.581) as heirs of John CLAPSADDLE(her brother) for her 33 acres of land and interest in the Grist Mill and Saw Mill in Franklin Co. PA in return for $200. The sale was to Bernard GILBERT and Jacob SHOUP, both of Peter's Twp. in Franklin Co. PA and witnessed by ? SHRIVER & Archibald BARD, JP. Her son, Phillip JR, carried the papers back and forth from Allegany CoMD to Franklin Co.PA.
