When Ully died his body was taken to Judson, Swain Co., NC
where two of his children had been buried. TVA was in the process of building Fontana Dam which would impact the Judson Cemetery along with most of the other cemeteries in that area.
Ully, daughter Mary Louise and son Ulrich John Keener were removed and taken to Lauada Cemetery where they were laid to rest.
