Jerry Ray Dilliner, 83, Wyandotte, OK, passed away on April 7, 2023, at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, MO, after an illness.

Jerry was born March 10, 1940, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Riley and Gladys (Brown) Dilliner. Jerry had lived in the Wyandotte area most of his life and worked as a meat cutter for many years. He held several positions before becoming Chief of the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe. Hobbies included spending time with family, watching sports, playing Sudoku puzzles, and watching old westerns.

Survivors included two daughters, Christina and husband Manoel Sobrinho, Joplin, MO, and Susanne Deets, Wyandotte, OK; Siblings, Phyliss Postoak of Jay, OK, Julie "Judy" Dilliner of Wyandotte, OK, Joyce (Duane) Passeau of Peculiar, MO, and Janice (Sam) Quick of Wyandotte, OK. Five grandchildren- Sierra Starr, Anna Starr, Mia Sobrinho, Juliana Sobrinho, and Camilla Sobrinho, all of Joplin, MO; a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Riley and Gladys Dilliner; five siblings, Monte Dilliner, David Dilliner, James Dilliner, Dale Dilliner, and Lois Johnson.

Visitation will be held from 6 pm to 7 pm on April 13, 2023, at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home in Seneca, MO. The body will be taken for cremation following the visitation.

A celebration of life graveside service will be held at 10 am on April 22, 2023, at the Brown Cemetery South of Wyandotte, OK. Jerry will be missed very much by all - until we meet again. Love you, Dad.
