Rhonda was born on October 13, 1949 in Burke County to the late Myrtle Earl Kaylor and Irene Skidmore Kaylor.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Ray Buchanan; second husband, Ralph Henry Rhyne; and brother, Stephen Dennis Kaylor.
Those left to cherish her memories are her sons, Jerome Scott Buchanan and Kevin Ray Buchanan; granddaughters, Alexis Skye Buchanan and Lea Starr Buchanan; sister in-law, Kathy Kaylor; niece, Rebekah Kaylor Shealy; and nephews, Robert Edward Kaylor and James Thomas Kaylor.
