D. W. Back Dies, Rites Wednesday
David William Back, 61, Cascade County native, died Monday at his home at 1901 18th Avenue So.
Back was born November 24, 1898, at Calvert and, except for a short time in Washington , had been a lifetime resident of this county. He ranched at Calvert until 1948 when he and his family moved to Great Falls. His ranch at Calvert was the original site of the Calvert Post Office which was operated by his father, the late Herbert Back.
Since moving here Back had been an employee of the Anaconda Company.
Survivors are the widow, four daughters, two sons, a granddaughter, a brother, three sisters and a number of nieces and nephews.
