Reba was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Reba Sumner; husbands, Grady James and Clayton Pruitt; brothers, Harold and James Sumner; son-in-law, Calvin Seay.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, AJ and Diane James of Rocky Face, GA, Carlton "Slick" and Kay James of Chatsworth; daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Buddy Anderson of Dalton, GA, Priscilla "Jo" Seay of Chatsworth, and Tracy and Cindy Pruitt of Cartersville, GA; brothers, Llyod Sumner of Ellijay, GA, William "Dub" Sumner of Kingsport, TN; sister -in-law Mary Ruth Sumner of Gate City, VA; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; her very special friend, Dot Alverson of Cartersville.
Reba enjoyed family gatherings, working in her yard, growing flowers and watching Nascar races. Dale Earnhardt Sr. was her favorite driver, and she accumulated all forms of his collectibles.
A private graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Reba Willena Pruitt will be held Saturday with the Rev. Bobby Green officiating. Interment will follow at Serenity Hills Cemetery.
