GLADBROOK - Funeral services for Claus Borm, 77, who died at 11 p.m. Thursday, following a week's illness of heart trouble, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Peace Evangelical church, Gladbrook; burial at Crystal cemetery, southeast of Gladbrook; born at Ellingstedt, Germany, March 14, 1866; came to America in 1890 wiith his brother Johannes; worked as farm hand around Gladbrook for several years; married Tena Thede at Gladbrook, March 14, 1895; moved to farm east of Garwin and farmed there until 1913 when he came to present home; besides widow, leaves one daughter, Hazel, at home, five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren and two brothers, Johannes, near Toledo, Ia, and Peter, in Germany.
