She was preceded in death by her mother Hazel Evelyn Couch, her father Hardy Lee Couch, Sr., her brother Hardy Lee Couch, Jr., her sister Janette Allen, and her sister Betty Wiltshire.
Survivors include her 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind two sisters, Elaine Jones, Sandra Slack, her brother Richard Couch.
