Mrs. Betty Carole Wiltshire of Winona passed away at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford on Sunday, December 27, 2020. She was born in Albany, Georgia, on December 21, 1943, and was 77 years old.

Mrs. Wiltshire was a retired publisher and a homemaker. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and was very active in genealogy research.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom D. Wiltshire; her daughter,
Linda Raper; her son, Tommy Wiltshire; her parents, Hardy and Hazel Leslie Couch; sister, Jeanette Allen; and a brother, Hardy Lee Couch Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Schlusselberg (Dan) of San Diego, California; sisters, Sandra Slack, Elaine Jones, and Ruth Mills; a brother, Richard Couch; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, at Providence Baptist Church near Carrollton, with burial following in the church cemetery. Rev. Jim Kelly will officiate the services. A visitation will be held at the church on Thursday, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
