AUGUSTA ME - Wilfred Joseph Boucher of 10 Hudson Street in Augusta, died the morning of October 22, 1975 at the Veterans' Administration Center at Togus after a long illness.

He was born in Augusta on August 16, 1916, the son of Joseph Alfred Boucher (17 Jan 1881 - 28 Jun 1937) and Clara (Nadeau) Boucher (17 Apr 1884 - 31 Dec 1951).

Mr. Boucher was an Army veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict. He then worked at the VA Center as a Hospital Attendant.

He was predeceased by his parents and his youngest sister, Anais. He is survived by his wife, Doris (Labbe) Boucher of Augusta; his two daughters, Mrs. Connie Burns of Winslow and Mrs. Lorraine Rivard of Augusta; his four sons, Ronald W, Kenneth L, Gerald M, and Paul L all of Augusta; his granddaughter Karen Ann Burns, his grandson, Keith David Rivard, his granddaughter Kelly Jo Burns, and his grandson Derek John Rivard; several nieces and nephews; and his sister Mrs. Georgianna Gosselin (27 May 1919) of Augusta,

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Burial is at the Maine Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Old Belgrade Road, Augusta ME (Section F, Row 13, 7).
