Mrs. Anna Dillon
Mrs. Anna Dillon, Charles St., Wilkes-Barre, died Friday night in Mercy Hospital after being stricken ill at her home.
The former Anna Grobowski, she was born in Nanticoke and lived in New Jersey many years, returning to the area last May. She was a member of St. Therese's Church.
Surviving are sons, James Dillon, at home; William Burke, Allentown; Edward Burke, Cape Coral,, Fla.; daughters, Mrs. June Stone, Forty Fort; Mrs. Geraldine Wasiakowski, Nanticoke; Mrs. Marion Obniski, Clifton, N.J.; Mrs. Barbara Mack, Tilbury Terrace, West Nanticoke; sisters, Mrs. Alice Cywiniski, Nanticoke; Mrs. Lottie Shickinger, Brant Beach, N.J.; 19 grandchildren, three greatgrandchildren.
Funeral will be held Monday at 9 from the Jacobs Funeral Home, Old River Road, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 in St. Therese's Church. Interment will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Nanticoke.
Friends may call Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 10.
