He was born on February 21, 1945, in Canton, to Roy and Mildred (Stone) Adams.
Ron is survived by 2 children, one son and his companion and one daughter and 6 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and his infant son, James Harold Adams.
Ron worked for Lincoln Developmental Center from 1970 until retiring in 2002 starting in housekeeping and working his way up into the maintenance department. He was a member of the Kilbourne Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening, working in the yard, westerns and John Wayne.
A funeral will be held at Hurley Funeral Home, in Mason City, on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM visitation will begin at 10:00 Am and go until the time of service at 11:00 AM, burial to follow at Walkers Grove Cemetery in Easton.
Memorial donations may be left to Havana Health Care. Hurley Funeral Home, in Mason City, is in charge of the arrangements.
