Mrs. Brenda Thomas Cheshire, 55, died Friday (March 7, 2008) at the Kindred Hospital North Florida in Green Cove Springs, FL after an extended illness.
She was a native and resided most of her life in Waycross. She was the daughter of the late Frank Thomas and Frances Todd Boone.
She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and managed the Home Nursing Agency in McConnellsburg, PA.
The survivors include a daughter, Jerrica Perry (husband Josh) of Hoboken; two sons, Jason Cheshire (wife Vikki) of Dothan, AL and Justin Cheshire of Brunswick; a granddaughter, Taylor Cheshire of Troy, AL; a grandson, Jadin Cheshire of McConnellsburg, PA; three sisters, Barbara Carver of Blackshear, Tonia Laughlin of Chambersburg, PA and Tammy Cade of Waycross; a brother, Al Taylor of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday (March 11, 2008) at the Music Funeral Home Chapel. The burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
