OBITUARY OF OMA K. BACON

Funeral services for Oma K. Bacon of Truth of Consequences are scheduled to begin at 11 o'clock Saturday morning, Nov. 3, in the First Baptist Church, 220 Broadway. The Rev. Kenneth Stohmer is to officiate.

Mrs. Bacon died Monday, Oct. 29, in Sierra Health Care Center, Born in Arkansas Oct. 20, 1901, she was 89 years old.

Mrs. Bacon was a homemaker who resided in Truth or Consequences and was a member of the First Baptist Church since 1936.

She is serviced by four daughters, Betty Faye Miller of Williamsburg, Edna Willingham of Brawley, Calif., Bell Wesson of Clovis, and Ruth Sanders of Caddo, Okla.; a half-brother, Ray Goldman of Modesta, Calif; three half-sisters, Iva Hudson of Broken Arrow, Okla., Grace Schalford and Jewell Schalford both of Texas; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Adotia Bacon and a granddaughter, Carolyn Rohoutas.

Interment will take place in Vista Memory Gardens Cemetery.

French Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
