Ronald Kay Lott, 69, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
He was born January 24, 1954 in Rexburg, Idaho to LeRoy and Lilian Lott and attended High school at Central High School in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Ron was a great husband and an amazing father to his children. He worked hard and tirelessly to provide them with a good life.
Ron loved trucking and spent his life trucking over the road and all over the valley hauling potatoes and grain as well as driving busses for his brother's coach company. He owned his own trucking company, Ron Lott & Sons Trucking.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Kay Lott, daughters, Billie Jo Field and Ramie Kaye Lott, sons, Ronald Todd Lott and Tyler Lee Lott, two sisters, Joy Mortensen and Patrisha Vanwagner, as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Shelley South Stake Center, 675 South Milton Street. The family will meet with friends Friday, March 31 from 6:00 till 7:30 P.M. at Nalder Funeral Home, 110 W Oak Street, in Shelley and Saturday morning from 9:30 till 10:45 A.M. at the church. Burial will be in the Ucon Cemetery.
