Bill was born March 29,1936, in Colbert Oklahoma. He was raised on a farm in Colbert, OK and graduated from Colbert High School, where he had a calling from God his senior year. In 1985, Bill received his bachelor's degree from Grayson County College as well as his license from Perkins School of Theology at SMU. He was assigned his first charge, Windom Charge, and served there two years before finding his home at Harless Memorial UMC in 1987. Bill served at Harless for 35 years, retiring in 2022. Bill's life work was dedicated to fulfilling his calling.
