Mrs. Ethel Huddleston Price, 59, a teacher at Madison Street School in Shelbyville, died Saturday in Nashville's Baptist Hospital after a heart attack.

Services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday at Gordon Memorial United Methodist Church in Nashville. Burial will be in Dickson, Tennessee. K. Gardner & Son's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Price, of 1710 22nd Avenue North, had taught school for 25 years.

A native of Dickson, she was graduated from High School in Lorain, Ohio. She came to Nashville for her college work and received a bachelor's and masters degrees from Tennessee State University.

She was a member of the Tennessee Teachers Association, National Education Association, and Bedford County Teachers Association.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Price, Nashville; a son, Nathaniel Price, Nashville; two brothers, Ernest, New York City, and Edler Claude Huddleston, Lorain, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Faison, Lorain, Ohio, and Mrs. Florene Carter, Fayetteville, North Carolina, and two grandchildren.
