William Clement Taylor died on June 3, 1997 at the age of 71 years. William (Bill) was the husband of Beverly Fahrmann Taylor. He had previously been married to the late Ray Bertucci Taylor. Beverly and Bill married for the first time in 1950, but that marriage ended in divorce. Bill then married Ray Bertucci and they had a very happy marriage for many years. After the deaths of their spouses, Beverly and Bill reconnected and married again and found happiness in their later years.

Bill was the son of Hazel Pelayo Taylor and Joseph J. Taylor.

Bill was a retired firefighter with the Jefferson Parish Fire Department and a member of the Jefferson Parish Firefighters Association, Louisiana Professional Firefighters Association and the International Association of Firefighters.

Funeral Mass was held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home Chapel, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd (in Metairie Cemetery) on Friday, June 7 1997 at 11:00 am. Interment followed in Metairie Cemetery.
