I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon retirement, in 2018, my husband and I moved to North Carolina and more recently to Texas, but my roots and my heart remain in New Orleans.

I have been researching family genealogy for about 15 years. I am also a Member of the DAR and appreciate the value of documenting and preserving our family history.

I have fond memories as a child of maintaining the tomb as a family, while almost being on a picnic-type outing. I love old cemeteries and the stories that they hold.
