Randall E. "Randy" Nordyke, 70, of Albion, Ind., passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at his home. Born Dec. 28, 1952, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of Bob and Beverly (Crowell) Nordyke. On July 21, 1972, in Fort Wayne, he married Laura Wilkens. Randy loved working with his hands, including woodworking and scroll sawing. He was a craftsman by trade, retiring as a carpenter. He also enjoyed being outdoors - hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Laura Nordyke of Albion; daughter, Stacy (Steve) King of Fort Wayne; son, Josh Nordyke of Albion; grandchildren, Alec, Cody, Trey, and Jase; great-granddaughter, Raelynn, with one great-granddaughter, Penelope, on the way. Also surviving are sisters, Dana (Al) Geller and Peggy (Scot) Green, both of Fort Wayne; and brother, Rob (Becky) Nordyke of Winchester. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Diane Hoopengardner; and brother, Jeff Nordyke.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date, which will be announced. Contributions in Randy's memory may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
