Arrangements for the funeral of Judge Joseph O Cunningham to be held at the home, on West Green street at, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, were completed today with the selection of the following pallbearers: Active--Judge Franklin H. Boggs, Attorney A.J. Miller, F.A. Somers, Attorney O.B. Dobbins, S.K. Hughes and Attorney Joseph P. Gulick. Honorary--Judge Francis M Wright Judge E.J. Hawbaker, Judge Roy C. Freeman, Attorney John J. Rea Attorney Francis M. Green, Attorney Olin L. Browder, S.P. Beers, HW. Berks Dr. M. Lindley, Prof. Fred Rankin, M.W. Busey, Nat H. Cohen, T.J. Colvin, Dr. J.M. Bartholow and A.F. Fay.
Urbana Lodge No. 157, A.F. ad A.M., with Urbana Commandery No. 16, Knights Templar acting as escort, and the Champaign County Bar Association will meet and march to the house in bodies. The service at the house will be conducted by Dr. Chas B. Taylor assisted by Dr. W.F. Pitner, pastor of the church; X.L. Fowler, superintendent of the Cunningham Home, and President Edmund J. James of the University of Illinois.
