Terry, known as 'Oobie' to his grandchildren, absolutely treasured them and embraced every opportunity to support them and brag about them. Terry loved to farm and enjoyed the simple things in life like a quiet hunt and a good sarcastic banter. He was an avid Razorback sports fan who was always sure he knew how to improve their performance.
Terry was preceded in death by his father, JR Blackburn and his brothers, Ronnie Blackburn, Tim Blackburn and Tony Blackburn. Terry is survived by his mother, Audie Blackburn, his daughter and son-in-law, April and Jeremy Parker, his son Dustin Blackburn and his biggest pride and joy his grandchildren, Avery Parker, Beck Jones, and Stella Parker.
Celebration of life visitation will be held at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison on Wednesday, March 15, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
