Timmy Joe Blackburn, 59, of Harrison, AR. passed away on October 15th, 2021. Tim was born July 3rd, 1962 to John Henry "JR" and Audie Merle (Cannon) Blackburn in Andrews TX.

Tim is preceded in death by his father "JR" and brothers: Tony Blackburn and Ronnie Blackburn.

Tim is survived by his daughter Paige Carter and son-in-law- Jeff Carter, and his son Luke Blackburn and daughter-in-law Brandy Blackburn, his grand-children: Keeton Carter, Lyla Carter, Bodee Carter, Levi Blackburn and Emma Garcia, His Mother Audie Blackburn and Brother Terry Blackburn.

Tim was self-employed most of his life, his businesses brought him in contact with many people across Northwest Arkansas. Many people knew Tim as 'The Little Debbie Man'. Tim enjoyed classic hot rods and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles. He was a lover of Hog Football and Basketball. He enjoyed coaching his kids and grand-kids basketball teams. He loved farming and raising cattle. More than anything, Tim treasured time with his grandchildren whom he loved very much.

A Celebration of Tim's life will be held at River of Life Church, 5731 US-65, Harrison, on Friday, October 22nd 2021 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
