FUNERAL OF WESTON B. TAYLOR

The funeral of Weston Taylor of Benton was held at Harveyville Methodist Church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. He died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Pifer, of 410 W. Second street, Berwick, Sunday evening, March 11, where he was taken after an operation for appendicitis at Nanticoke State Hospital.

He was buried from the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Gardner, at Huntington Mills, with Rev. Moyer, pastor of Evangelical Church at West Nanticoke, officiating.

Mr. Taylor was highly esteemed and lived to be 74 years of age. His wife died a year and five months ago.

He is survived by one brother Richard J. Taylor of Harveyville; the following children: Charles Taylor of Wilkes-Barre; Brison Taylor of Cambra; Mrs. William Pifer, of Berwick; Mrs. Charles Wandall, of Benton; Mrs. William Gardner, of Huntington Mills; and Mrs. Harvey Rifendifer, of Philadelphia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
