Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Roby and brothers Garry Hatcher of Virginia and Kenneth Earl Hatcher of Morristown, OH.
Surviving are a daughter Bridgett Ross of New York and Son Richard Williams of St. Clairsville, OH.
Services will be conducted privately by family at a later date.
