Anna Neff was born in 1858 and died in 1936. She was the daughter of Christian and Catherine (Wolf) Neff. Anna's father died shortly after her birth and her mother remarried to widower, Pettis Finch.

As far as I can tell Anna had one older sister, Mary Catherine Neff? Her step siblings included; Walter Pryne, Melvin Danfield, Francis Mariah "Fanny", Warren Shield, Amanda Vanwinkle and Esther Finch. Her half siblings from her mother's second marriage included; Hettie, Charles, Edna, Willard and Omar Finch.

On June 20, 1880; 22 year old Anna is listed in the census records living with her sister's family in New Boston: FAM #277 Walter Finch 30, Head of House Hold, Farmer; wife Mary C. Finch 26, keeping house; their children: Gracie Finch age 6, Arthur Finch 4 and Howard Finch 1.
Anna later married Arthur Warren Mannon, Son Cryus Tribute & Jane (Myers) Mannon on 10/4/1880. Arthur was born about 1852 in Mercer County. He died in 1926 and is buried in the New Boston Cemetery next to Anna in a family plot along with their children; Troy, Lura (Mannon) Ballard & her husband Roy, Guy & Fred.
